Families, friends, fun, and food! Over 600 people attended our our Open House on August 14. We had grade level scavenger hunts, an inflatable obstacle course, pizza, stickers, club signups, raffles, games, and lots of back-to-school smiles. Shout out to all of the families who stopped by. And, a huge thank you to the parent and teacher team for putting together such a successful event.

Robert Stuart Middle School Parents:
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your thoughtful concerns regarding the implementation of cinch bags at Robert Stuart Middle School. We want to assure you that we take parent input seriously and appreciate your advocacy for student success.
The decision to move forward with cinch bags was made by our Building Leadership Team (BLT) after considering several factors. The BLT is made up of 20 staff members with representatives from each grade level and each department. The team focuses on school improvement and student success.
That said, we recognize the concerns you've raised and understand the impact this change may have on students and families.
At this time, we will hold off on students using cinch bags for this school year. However, we still encourage our students to use lockers.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective.
